Tanushree “Tee” Podder is a member of the investment team at Trilogy and has more than 12 years of experience spanning finance, technology and entrepreneurship. Prior to joining Trilogy Equity Partners, Tee worked in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in its technology coverage group in Palo Alto. During her time at Merrill Lynch, Tee worked on multiple IPOs, M&A transactions, de-SPACs and private placements across software, internet, semiconductor and EV mobility sectors. Prior to business school, Tee worked in software engineering for eight years, first at ZS Associates, building out their web application suite of licensed applications on the cloud, and then as an engineering lead at Zynga developing their flagship game, Farmville. In 2012, Tee founded 7 Karigar Gali to bring rural artisans with diverse Indian craft techniques onto a single platform providing them access to domestic and international markets.
Tee has an MBA from the Dartmouth Tuck School of Business and a B.Tech. in Information Technology from National Institute of Technology (India). While at Dartmouth Tuck, Tee served as co-chair of the South Asian Business Association and of the Glen Tuck Society.
