Shannon Leonard is the Executive Assistant for Trilogy’s investment team. She is an accomplished Executive Assistant with 7 years of experience supporting Directing Managers in the fast-paced tech industry. Shannon thrives on managing complex schedules, coordinating high-stakes meetings, synchronizing major company events, and ensuring seamless operations across the firm. Prior to joining Trilogy, Shannon spent 10 years with the Issaquah School District as an assistant to the Principal at Challenger Elementary and was the Facilities Coordinator for building locations throughout the district. Earlier in her career, Shannon joined the startup Sonicare Toothbrush as Inside Sales Manager, supporting the company through its IPO and eventual sale to Philips.

Outside of the office, you will find Shannon spending time with family, enjoying warm weather activities such as boating, swimming, and hiking.  She also loves to read and go to the movies.
