In the last year, Trilogy also added Tanushree Podder from Bank of America, Merrill Lynch investment banking in Palo Alto to the team.

Trilogy Equity Partners is a Pacific Northwest-based venture capital firm focused on helping entrepreneurs build transformational businesses at the earliest stages across B2B and B2C software. Elisa brings her expertise in and continued focus on enterprise software and AI/ML applications across both horizontal and vertical use-cases to the Trilogy team.

Elisa joins us from Madrona Venture Group, where she spent the past five years focused on funding early-stage startups building enterprise software applications. Prior to that, she held positions at MATH Venture Partners, AT&T Corporate Development / M&A, Deloitte Consulting, and worked in early-stage company building at a biofuel startup.
