- [Amy](https://trilogyequity.com/team/amy-mccullough/): Amy McCullough is a Managing Director and member of Trilogy’s investing team. She joined Trilogy in 2007 after four years in the investment bank of JPMorgan Chase in New York. Amy was an equity research analyst covering the Small and Mid-Cap Applied Technologies sector which included more than 35 companies with a combined market capitalization of over $70B. Prior to being an equity analyst, Amy was an Assistant Treasurer in the Treasury and Security Services division of Chase where her primary responsibilities included derivatives and equities consulting services for clients of the firm. A Seattle native, Amy began her career in Microsoft’s Treasury department working with the Treasury Operations team and the Portfolio Management Group.
- [Chuck](https://trilogyequity.com/team/chuckstonecipher/): Chuck Stonecipher, Managing Director, is a member of Trilogy’s investing team. Prior to joining Trilogy, Chuck served in various executive capacities, including President and COO, with Advanced Digital Information Corporation (NASDAQ: ADIC) from 1995 to 2006, when it was sold to Quantum (NYSE: QTM). During his tenure, ADIC grew from less than $20MM to over $400MM in annual revenues. Prior to ADIC, Chuck served as Chief Financial Officer of Interpoint Corporation and as a manager and consultant with Bain and Company in San Francisco. He began his career as a design engineer with Boeing Aerospace and then Korry Electronics.
- [Yuval](https://trilogyequity.com/team/yuvalneeman/): Yuval Neeman is a Managing Director and member of Trilogy’s investing team. Prior to joining Trilogy, Yuval spent 16 years at Microsoft, where he led the Developer Division and the creation of Microsoft Visual studio.NET and Microsoft NET Framework. Yuval was on the board of M-Systems (Nasdaq: FLSH, acquired by SanDisk). He has been an investor, advisor, and board member for a number of startups including Soluto (acquired by Asurion), OfficeSync and StreamOnce (both acquired by Jive), Replay Technologies (acquired by Intel) and RedKix (acquired by Facebook).

Prior to joining Trilogy, Elisa spent five years as an investor at Madrona Venture Group where she focused on funding early-stage startups building enterprise software applications. She also held positions at MATH Venture Partners and AT&T Corporate Development / M&A. Before receiving her MBA, Elisa worked at Deloitte Consulting, where she held roles as U.S. West Region chief of staff and consultant. Earlier in her career, Elisa gained early-stage company building experience at a biofuel startup where she wore several hats, including business development, project management, and HR.

Previously, Ernie was an Associate at University Growth Fund (UGF), a Salt Lake City based venture firm, where he worked on several deals across technology and consumer products. Ernie’s prior experience also includes interning with Blue Wood Capital, a Seattle-based search fund.

Before Trilogy, Alex gained experience as a Data Analytics intern at cybersecurity firm Barracuda Networks in Silicon Valley. He also held internships with LPX AG, a Swiss alternative asset index provider, MyRace, a Bay Area race analytics startup, and the Financial Economics Institute, where he contributed as a research analyst.

- [John](https://trilogyequity.com/team/john-stanton/): John Stanton is a pioneer of the wireless industry and led four of the top wireless operators in the United States over the last three decades. During the 1980s, John served as Chief Operating Officer and Vice Chairman of McCaw Cellular, which became the largest wireless operator in the US. In the late 1980s, John began acquiring rural wireless properties with partners Mikal Thomsen and Terry Gillespie.  These properties, along with other merged entities, formed Western Wireless Corporation, which John led as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer through 2005. He also served as chairman and CEO of VoiceStream Wireless, which was spun out of Western Wireless and eventually acquired by Deutsche Telecom in 2001 and renamed T-Mobile USA. Most recently, John served as a director, Chairman and interim CEO of Clearwire Corporation.

Prior to that, Terry was Chief Financial Officer at a Western Wireless predecessor and Senior Vice President and Controller of McCaw Cellular. She started her career at a national public accounting firm.
- [Mikal](https://trilogyequity.com/team/mikal-thomsen/): Mikal Thomsen spent more than 20 years in the wireless industry. He joined McCaw Communications in 1983 as one of its first employees in the cellular division, and remained with the company in both domestic and international operations for nearly a decade. In 1992, he co-founded Pacific Northwest Cellular, where he served as Managing Director. After a series of acquisitions and mergers, he became Chief Operating Officer of Western Wireless and its subsidiary, VoiceStream. When VoiceStream was spun off as a separate company, he became President of Western Wireless. He served in that capacity until Western was sold to Alltel in 2005.

He served as Chairman and CEO of Advanced Digital Information Corporation (ADIC) and its predecessor companies from 1989 to 2006. Previously, he worked in the medical electronics industry and as a consultant at Price Waterhouse LLP and Bain & Company in New York, Boston, and London. A data storage company, ADIC grew from sales and valuation levels of below $10 million to annual revenue of nearly $500 million and a cash sale price of about $800 million in 2006. He was an initial investor in companies that became Voicestream and Western Wireless and served as a director of related entities at various times between 1992 and the sale of Western Wireless in 2005. In addition to ADIC and Western Wireless, he has served on numerous other public company boards, including board chair of Impinj (NASDAQ:PI) from 2013-2022, Level 3 Communications and Isilon Systems through its sale to EMC as well as many private entities.
